Our Story

I'm Lynne, founder of Love & Co Weddings. My journey in the wedding industry began when I opened my bridal boutique, Perfect Moments Bridal, at just 22 years old. I later went on to create and run the Moray Wedding Exhibition for over four years, helping connect couples with incredible local wedding suppliers.

After stepping away from the industry to focus on raising my daughter, Priya, I always knew I would return one day—but this time with an even bigger vision.

Love & Co Weddings is about more than events. It's about creating beautiful, welcoming spaces where couples feel inspired, suppliers feel supported, and meaningful connections are made. From wedding shows and directories to community and collaboration, everything we do is built around one simple idea: bringing people together.

With Priya — also known as Little Love & Co — by my side, this new chapter feels incredibly special, and I'm so excited to continue building something that celebrates love, connection and community across the North of Scotland.

How do I book a stand?

You can book your stand by clicking the “Book Your Stand” button on this page and completing the booking form. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your exhibitor guide and full event details.

What is included in my stand?

All exhibitor packages include your exhibition space, table and chairs, exhibitor listing on the Love & Co Weddings website, social media promotion, access to our Coffee & Connect networking session before the show, and staff passes depending on your package.

What time is exhibitor setup?

Setup times will be confirmed in your exhibitor guide before the show. Setup usually takes place on the morning of the show, with plenty of time to get your stand ready before doors open to couples.

Can I share a stand with another supplier?

To make sure we have a good mix of suppliers and enough space for everyone to showcase their business properly, stands are usually limited to one business per stand.

If you have a special circumstance or collaboration, please just get in touch and we’ll be happy to chat.

Are there limits on how many suppliers you take in each category?

Yes, we limit the number of exhibitors in each category to ensure a good variety of suppliers and a better experience for both couples and exhibitors.

Can I choose where my stand is located?

Stand locations are allocated based on stand size and supplier category to ensure a good layout and flow for the event. If you have a preference, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all exhibitors must have valid Public Liability Insurance. You may be asked to provide proof of insurance before the event.

Is electricity available?

Electricity is available at most venues. If you require electricity, please let us know when booking your stand as spaces with access to power are limited.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans may be available for multi-show and preferred exhibitor packages. Please contact us if you would like to discuss payment options.

How many couples attend the show?

Our shows regularly attract engaged couples from across Moray, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands who are actively planning their weddings and looking to book suppliers.

I am a food or drink vendor – what do I need to provide?

If you are a food or drink vendor, you will be required to provide a copy of your Environmental Health Certificate and any relevant Street Trading or Market Trading Licence required by the local council for the event area.

You must also have valid Public Liability Insurance and comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations.

If you are unsure what is required, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

I am a food vendor – will I be indoors or outdoors and do I get electricity?

Food and drink vendors are usually located in a designated catering area, either indoors or outdoors depending on the venue. If you require electricity, water access or additional space, please let us know when booking so we can confirm availability with the venue.

Can food vendors sell directly to guests?

Food and drink vendors are welcome to offer samples to guests during the event; however, direct selling is not permitted unless agreed in advance with the event organiser and venue.

All food vendors must have the correct licences, insurance and Environmental Health certification in place.

Please note that alcoholic drinks are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the Love & Co team and the venue.
