You can book your stand by clicking the “Book Your Stand” button on this page and completing the booking form. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your exhibitor guide and full event details.
All exhibitor packages include your exhibition space, table and chairs, exhibitor listing on the Love & Co Weddings website, social media promotion, access to our Coffee & Connect networking session before the show, and staff passes depending on your package.
Setup times will be confirmed in your exhibitor guide before the show. Setup usually takes place on the morning of the show, with plenty of time to get your stand ready before doors open to couples.
To make sure we have a good mix of suppliers and enough space for everyone to showcase their business properly, stands are usually limited to one business per stand.

Yes, we limit the number of exhibitors in each category to ensure a good variety of suppliers and a better experience for both couples and exhibitors.
Stand locations are allocated based on stand size and supplier category to ensure a good layout and flow for the event. If you have a preference, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Yes, all exhibitors must have valid Public Liability Insurance. You may be asked to provide proof of insurance before the event.
Electricity is available at most venues. If you require electricity, please let us know when booking your stand as spaces with access to power are limited.
Payment plans may be available for multi-show and preferred exhibitor packages. Please contact us if you would like to discuss payment options.
Our shows regularly attract engaged couples from across Moray, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands who are actively planning their weddings and looking to book suppliers.
If you are a food or drink vendor, you will be required to provide a copy of your Environmental Health Certificate and any relevant Street Trading or Market Trading Licence required by the local council for the event area.
You must also have valid Public Liability Insurance and comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations.
If you are unsure what is required, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
Food and drink vendors are usually located in a designated catering area, either indoors or outdoors depending on the venue. If you require electricity, water access or additional space, please let us know when booking so we can confirm availability with the venue.
Food and drink vendors are welcome to offer samples to guests during the event; however, direct selling is not permitted unless agreed in advance with the event organiser and venue.
All food vendors must have the correct licences, insurance and Environmental Health certification in place.
Please note that alcoholic drinks are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the Love & Co team and the venue.
